The impact of Yorkshire Forward

• We have helped nearly 30,000 businesses a year to improve performance. That's 1 in 12 of the region's business, with a typical turnover gain for each of around £15,000 a year.
• Around 1 in 30 people in the region's workforce are in a job because of our work in the last five years (60,000 in total). We've been one of the two most successful Regional Development Agencies at turning investment into jobs.
• The extra jobs and business growth due to our interventions adds up to additional tax revenue of around £725 million per year for Government – that's well over twice what has typically been invested in the Agency.
